Sensory and fun experiences
From March 1st to December 23, at 2:30 pm (at 10 am from December 27 to 30), we organize guided tours of the Domaine’s cellar followed by a tasting of 3 wines. The opportunity to immerse yourself in the magic of our cellars and share with you the passion and the history of our profession. Fancy for an atypical activity to better appropriate the world of wine? Commented walk in the vineyard, food and wine tasting, so many tailor-made activities that we can set up according to the seasons.
For Christmas, experience our gourmet walks in our cellars! The principle ? A guided tour of the cellars with dishes to taste along the way. Highlight: the main course is served at a table in our century-old barrel cellar to provide you with an intimate atmosphere. A fun and educational way to immerse yourself in our Estate and discover viticulture.

Guided tour of the cellar and wine tasting in Ribeauvillé
From March 1st to December 31st, we propose guided cellar tours followed by a tasting of 3 wines, by advance appointment. An opportunity to discover how our profession has evolved over time, and to taste our delicious Crémants and Vins d’Alsace.
Tours are available in French and English, Monday to Saturday at 2.30pm (except public holidays).
In German, the tour is available Tuesday, Friday and Saturday at 10am (except public holidays).

LUNCH WITH THE WINEMAKER IN THE HEART OF OUR CHRISTMAS CELLARS
The Bott family invites you to an exceptional lunch in our specially decorated cellars, where the magic of Christmas plays out.
Let yourself be guided through a cellar tour conducted with passion by Mr. BOTT, and discover the confidential world of the winegrower. Following the tour of our winery, lunch will be served in the heart of our historic cellar, where you’ll enjoy a Christmas menu concocted in harmony with our wines, in a magical Christmas atmosphere. This delicious moment will be shared with members of the family and our team.
